‘We are committed to providing person-centred, individualised, high quality support which is inclusive and accessible and effectively meets peoples’ needs and outcomes.’
Aspire Care Support Services is a small independent care provider established in 2013. It is owned and managed by Cathi O’Connor and Vicki Dunbavin. We specialise in providing professional, dependable and trustworthy care and support to adults living within Wirral.
We recognise it is important to give people as much choice and control as possible over their lives and therefore we offer a service which takes into account a customer’s personal preferences as far as absolutely possible. Dignity, privacy and independence will be of paramount importance in the delivery of your care and support.
We support older people, people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities, those with mental ill health, acquired brain injuries and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. We also provide care and support to customers with Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, complex health needs, life limiting conditions and those who have palliative care needs.
Our support workers are carefully recruited and fully trained in the delivery of health and social care. All staff, including office-based personnel, are checked to DBS Enhanced level.
Support workers are matched with customers to ensure individual needs, interests and requests are met. We aim to provide a small team of support workers to each customer to ensure that there is good rapport and continuity of service and that they feel safe and secure.
In order to show our commitment to high quality care we have signed up to The Social Care Commitment. This is the adult social care sector's promise to provide people who need care and support with high quality services through recruiting the right staff, having a thorough induction, ensuring a strong culture that values dignity and respect and effective communication.
